I had one of the best experiences I have ever had while purchasing a new vehicle. JK is one of the best sales persons I have ever dealt with and is truly a great asset to Jim Burke Nissan!

Took a while to find the model that I wanted

I had wanted a simple base model Nissan Versa with a standard manual transmission, but that model seemed to always be unavailable. Jim Burke did ultimately find me a more expensive Versa model. Although the car cost more that I had wanted to pay, I am still pleased with the car, and the staff at Jim Burke has called several times after the sale to see if I was satisfied with the car.

 Be careful

Please be careful about signing papers at the dealership without the car being inspected (like they promise). That's what happen to me but the dealers were great to inform me and not sell me a lemon...thanks Jim Burke. I will be back!!!

When I arrived, my vehicle was pulled around and inspected, I test drove it and and the facility was nice. Mr. Williams was very professional and knew his job and I drove off a satisfied customer.

I brought my 2006 Forrester into the service dept. on Saturday (10/09/11) morning and to my surprise there was only one person ahead of me. Craig Barnett was my service advisor and in less than a few minutes he had all the paperwork ready to send me car to the back for the upgrade. We spoke for awhile and I found him to be a welcome relief from other dealer's service people. He was cordial, friendly, a down right nice person. He told me how long it would take to finish and it was done when promised. He is a credit to your dealership, and because of him I will be returning to have my service done at Jim Burke Subaru.
